Welcome to the Course and Unit Approval System. This system has been designed to
streamline the administration of the course and unit approval process within the Faculty of Business and Economics and to provide
assistance to departments in managing changes to their curriculum.
The system provides a simple and quick method for submission of an Amendment Notification and then supports the amendment through the
governance process via an automated workflow engine. The workflow takes the amendment from the original notification phase, through
an analysis phase, the formal committee approval phase, and terminates after the action phase. This ensures that all course and unit
amendments progress through a rigorous quality assurance process and receive the appropriate level of approval according to Faculty
and University governance rules before the corporate record is changed.
